IT Technician

We are seeking highly motivated and technically experienced individuals to join our team as IT technician.

The IT technicians are providing technical support to our customers, including hardware modifications, troubleshooting as well as software configurations.

Responsibilities and tasks

• Provide second-line support and troubleshooting to customers
• Install, configure and maintain hardware components including servers, storage devices, networking equipment and other peripherals
• Maintain documentation of hardware configurations
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient and secure operation of critical systems

Qualification

• Relevant higher education. Extensive relevant experience can compensate for formal education
• Relevant certifications
• Experience working in datacenter environments
• Understanding of datacenter operations and best practices
• Strong communication skills in English and Norwegian, verbal and written
• Valid driver's licence class B
