Service Delivery Manager
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet or exceed customer expectations. The role includes building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and solving problems effectively.

Strategic tasks

• Understand and act according to agreements, terms and SLAs for assigned customers.
• Fulfill delivery standards and implementation timelines.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and follow-up.
• Identify and address customer needs, particularly related to our Smart Hands Services.
• Optimise our service offerings in collaboration with internal resources.

Operational tasks

• Manage projects during implementation and document operational procedures.
• Ensure services are delivered consistently according to SLAs and maintain reliable and secure data center operations.
• Monitor data center performance and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate customer shipments and storage, ensuring policies and procedures are communicated.
• Participate in capacity meetings and regular customer reviews.

We are looking for a candidate with relevant higher education or equivalent experience and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within data center operations. You should have strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of best practices in the field. Proficiency in both Norwegian and English, both spoken and written, is essential, and a valid driver’s license (category B) is required.
